The house and grounds have a wonderful sense of privacy whilst being positioned in a prestige Street of Mornington.

From the moment you walk in you will feel this is a home away from home. Offering a light and bright feeling and immaculately presented throughout. The entrance takes you to a large open plan area where you find a Living/Lounge with Plasma TV, DVD, Apple TV, couches and chairs. Plenty of room to relax after a long day shopping or returning from the beach.

The Dining area is very well equipped including a table that seats between 6-8 people, well designed kitchen full of modern appliances including microwave and coffee machine. The property is set up for you to enjoy with thought going into the extra things you may need.

The property is also equipped with a separate Laundry so if you stay for the week or longer you can comfortably launder as required.

The front yard has a large deck built on perfect for enjoying those Holiday Dinners sharing laughs and good food after a day of exploring everything has to offer. The deck is inclusive
of a dining table and chairs to seat 8, a large 4 burner BBQ, and both outdoor gas and wood heaters.

At the back of the property is a spacious level back garden. This is perfect for kids to play in kick the footy or play some holiday games. There is another table and chairs outdoor setting in the back garden also for you convenience.

There is a carport to protect cars, and enough room to park 5 cars off street at the front of the property.

It doesn't stop there with beautiful views looking straight into Mornington harbour and yacht club are seen from the street. The Street is both quiet and well regarded and it really is a lovely place to escape and enjoy. Enjoy the serenity amongst the trees and the closeness of the beaches and Mornington Village.
